Community Rules
Last updated: 21 June 2026
Short version:
- Be respectful — do not harm, expose, or harass other members.
- Keep member information inside the community — do not export or republish it.
- Do not post others' private information without their clear consent.
- Use the profile form honestly — only safe, basic fields are permitted.
- Use voting for genuine feedback, not to target members.
- Admins moderate to protect the community, not to embarrass members.
1. Purpose of the Community
Kempire exists so members can communicate, share information, find skills and services, and support activity within the community. It is not a public forum and not a marketplace for external promotion.
2. Basic Rule
Be respectful. Do not harm, expose, harass, threaten, scam, or pressure other members in any way. Treat this community as a private, trusted space.
3. Members-Only Area
What happens inside Kempire stays inside Kempire. Do not copy, scrape, export, or republish any member information, posts, or contact details outside of this platform without the explicit written consent of the people involved.
4. No Posting Others' Private Information
You must not post another person's private information without their clear consent. This includes:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses
- Location data or workplace details
- ID documents or passport photos
- Photos of another person
- Health or medical information
- Legal or immigration status
- Family details or children's information
- Private conversations or screenshots
5. Profile Information
Profiles are optional. If you create one, only use safe and basic information: a display name, town or area (not exact address), skills and services, a short description, and optional contact preferences. Do not include exact addresses, GPS coordinates, ID numbers, birthdates, children's information, health details, religious or political views, or immigration status.
6. Discussion Wall Rules
The walls are for genuine community communication. The following are not allowed:
- Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
- Spam or repeated off-topic posting
- Scams or deceptive offers
- Private data about other people
- Illegal offers or content
- Impersonation of other members or organisations
- Malicious links
- Content intended to expose, shame, or harm members
Admins may remove posts or comments that violate these rules without notice.
7. Voting
Votes are for lightweight community feedback. Do not use voting to harass or target members. Admins may adjust or disable voting if it is being used harmfully.
8. Admin Moderation
Admins can:
- Approve, reject, or hide member profiles
- Remove posts or comments
- Disable accounts
- Update these rules
Moderation exists to protect the community — not to embarrass or punish members unnecessarily. Admins will act proportionately.
9. Member Responsibilities
- You are responsible for what you post and share.
- Respect other members' privacy at all times.
- Report problems to an admin rather than retaliating.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
10. Removal Requests
You can edit or hide your own profile at any time. You can request removal of your contact details or your full profile. To request account deletion or to report a serious issue, contact the admin.
11. Changes to These Rules
These rules may be updated. If we make a material change, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can access the member area again.
